Returns

If you want to return your goods, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please share your return via e-mail info@hairtwo.com Returns are only possible if the products are unopened, unused and in their original packaging.

We cannot take back opened and used products. Once we have inspected the products, we will issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
